Every street child we meet has a story to tell. Many of the street children sleep during the time of outreaches because at Night they do not get to sleep since they have to run away all time from the people who tend to hurt them at Night.
They sleep during programs because they feel safe because volunteers are always there to offer them protection and listen to them.

Many of them do not get meals daily and only have a plate of food during programs.
we are doing the best we can to the feed the children and we hope we can do.

Many of the boys collect empty bottles and scrap. This is commonly the simple work they do to have a meal while on the streets.

NIGHT OUTREACH

NIGHT OUTREACH.
We thank God for his protection and guidance. Towards the end of December we did a night outreach. During a night Outreach, we usually meet the street kids ,talk to them, listen to them, pray with them and find the best means of resettling the ones who need to be resettled.
During this Outreach, we managed to meet many boys although we only could speak to few of them who were not under the influence of drugs. Many of the boys were high and could not settle in one place. Many boys use avaition fuel, marijuana,Alcohol,Cigarattes and kuba. When they are under the influence of any of those drugs. They are very hard to maintain and they can not listen.
There is a rapid increase in the number of the street children which means there is increased violence, mistreatment of the children by either their parents or families, death of parents among others.
During this night outreach, the boys were fighting each other using stones. That is they were throwing stones which is dangerous since it results into accidents.
The main challenge for the boys is the Police raids which are usually done in the night by the police.
we couldnt take so many pictures because of the dangers that were there that nightalthough we managed to take a few pictures.

We kindly ask you to say prayers for the street children and for resettlements to be successful that way the number of the street children can be reduced.
Thank you.

THE NGO CERTIFICATE.

WE ARE VERY THANKFUL FOR THE NGO CERTIFICATE.
We pray, hope and believe to receive or give a helping hand to strangers as a sign of friendship, brotherhood among others. How thankful we are or ought to be, how thankful we are, for we have been permitted to operate as a Non-governmental organization in Uganda. Praise be to God.
Much thanks goes to everyone who spared his/her time to pray and trusted God for this.
We would love to take this opportunity to thank Peter and Alice Caisley for the help they extended to us so as to manage to process everything needed during the process of registration. We thank you.
We still have to wait however for the permit of operational for a few week.s
