GOD IS OUR HERO.

Mercy Alive Africa’s 21st/09/2015 outreach program was simple and easy! Because it was prepared well and the experience turned out to be awesome to everyone including the volunteers, kids.

Around 7:00pm the team attended the live jazz music event at the national theatre after which the team went onto the streets looking for the street kids who sleep on the verandas at 11:00pm.

Fortunately Flavia found a group of street kids a few meters after Watoto church who were preparing for their night’s sleep, from the interactions between the street kids and the Mercy Alive Africa team,  a few boys opened up to the team and shared their horror testimonies of the streets.

As these discussions were taking place the team took interest in bringing back home one boy among these street kids called Ronald Ampeirwe who had ran away from his home in Fort portal 299 kilometers from Kampala, he had spent one month on the streets and Ronald was very ready to join Mercy Alive Africa home. Ronald told us about his painful life at home.

Ronald is now living with Mercy Alive Africa family and he is behaving relatively well.  Say a prayer for Ronald because he is having a terrible fever!

We are very thankful for each one of you our dear friends and thanks for all the prayers.
On behalf of Mercy Alive Africa Family.
God bless you all.
